In a small town on the Northeast coast of Scotland, teddy bear artist Niki Sadler founded Buckie Bears after receiving a teddy bear magazine from her husband. Niki has been creating bears for eight years. These days, Buckie Bears have instant recognition by collectors with their cute appeal and unique expressions. Besides teddy bears, Niki's other passion in life is shopping for clothes.
Roddy is a stone mohair bear. He has large black glass eyes, a shaved muzzle, pellet and poly-fiber stuffing and ultra suede paw pads. He is fully jointed using cotter-pin joints.
