Friendly, outgoing and caring are three words that best describe artist Janet Changfoot, designer of Changle Bears. Living in East London, South Africa, Janet learned the teddy bear trade after accepting a challenge from a friend, a fellow bear artist, seven years ago. In 2000, Janet was bestowed the prestigious British Bear Artist Award for her bear, Mielo. The constant challenge of designing new and exciting bears will assure collectors that Changle Bears will be in the spotlight for many years to come.
17" tall. Libby is a white swirled mohair bear with black glass eyes, a hand-embroidered black nose and pale gray sculpted ultra-suede pads. She has airbrushed details on her face and ears. Polyester/pellet filled. Fully jointed.
