Graziella is a remarkable wax-over-porcelain doll. Her blond wig is made from human hair and her hairstyle is decorated with silk bands. She has mouth blown glass eyes that are a grey-green. Her dress is made from Dupion silk with intricate, embroidery of multi-colored dots. The belt is made from silk taffeta and her underskirt of cotton is trimmed with four colorful ruffles made from Dupion silk. Her silk stockings are each a different color and to complete the outfit are leather shoes.
Her accessory is a Repro-Doll Bru Bébé Columbine with co-ordinating dress (Ute Mareczek) • Teddy bear made from silk mohair with silk hat and crown, collar with silk ruffles, copiously stitched with pearls (Isolde vonMalchus),
